We are excited to welcome you for our 2026 Ride!Â
The Ride for Gutu Mission Hospital will launch and finish at https://maps.app.goo.gl/WdaB115AxcSQZrMx9?g_st=aw
Free parking is available.
The ride routes will cover 50km, 100km and 160km routes on mostly flat road conditions with minimal elevation changes. ​​The ride will take place on paved roads.
​Riders should load maps and turn-by-turn instructions for their chosen route ahead of time. Rest stops along the way will provide refreshments, fruits, granola bars and snacks.
During the ride, support vehicles will be on the road to offer assistance to riders on all the routes.
If there is rain, further details will be provided.
Schedule
7:00 am Arrival and Check-in. Meet at the designated start location, sign in, collect ride materials, and get settled. Tea/coffee and light snacks provided.Â
7:30 am Welcome and Group Photo. A short welcome, safety briefing, and moment to reflect on the purpose of the ride. A group photo will be taken after the remarks and before the ride.
7:45 am Departure of 160km ride group
8:15 am Departure of the 100km ride group
8:30 am Departure of the 50km ride group
1:00 pm Family friendly BBQ - Details below

Rider Essentials
Required
- A well-maintained bike
- Helmet (mandatory)
- Water bottles or hydration pack
- Comfortable cycling clothing
- ID driver’s licence or health card
 Strongly Recommended:
- Fully charged phone
- Cash or Credit Card
- Any personal medications or medical needs
- Basic bike repair kit (spare tube, tire levers, pump or COâ‚‚)
Helpful Extras:
- Small snack or energy bars
- Sunscreen
- Weather-appropriate layers (eg windbreaker, arm warmers)
Post-Ride BBQ
The BBQ is our opportunity to celebrate and say thank you. After crossing the finish line, riders, volunteers, families and supporters are invited to stay and enjoy our Post-Ride BBQ!
The BBQ is a chance to relax, refuel and celebrate our accomplishment together. Enjoy great food and connect with fellow riders and supporters. The BBQ is a great way to close out the day with community spirit.
